Newbury Park is an unincorporated area of Ventura County, located in the Western portion of Thousand Oaks. It is a small community of around 38,000. It also includes the community of Dos Vientos. This area is rich in community centers and other businesses for entertainment such as the MB2 Raceway, California Cartwheels Center, and Bobbie's School of Performing Arts. The community is served by Newbury Park High School, which has a wide range of sports teams, including lacrosse and equestrian teams. Located on the backside of the Santa Monica Mountains, Newbury Park has hiking and biking trails that offer gorgeous views of the entire Conejo Valley.
